I had a wonderful stay at the Rosenburg Hotel in Bruges. The staff were super friendly, and I felt very welcomed during my time there. The location was beautiful, right by the canal and just a short stroll into the city center. However, I did find the accommodations could use some upgrades, as my room was a bit dated. Overall, it was a nice experience overall! 😊
Rooms

While my room was spacious and the bed comfortable, it did feel a bit worn out and could use a refresh. The bathroom had some cracked tiles, and the curtain sagged a bit, which affected the overall vibe. I loved the canal view, though! 🌊
Service

The staff members were attentive and went out of their way to help me, especially Anne, who made my visit more enjoyable with her recommendations. I appreciated their professionalism and kindness during my entire stay.

My stay at Rosenburg Hotel Brugge was quite lovely, located right next to a picturesque canal, making it easy to explore Bruges. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I would have preferred a dinner buffet option since one evening was quite rainy, and the breakfast setup felt a bit clumsy. Overall, I’d definitely return to this charming spot in the future! 😊

The spacious room had a great canal view and was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities like air conditioning. The decor felt a bit dated, though.

It was perfectly positioned just a five-minute walk from the centre, nestled in a quiet area along the canal, which offered a peaceful retreat.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices that set a positive tone for my day. A dinner option would have been nice, especially during inclement weather.

My stay at the Rosenburg Hotel was quite nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. While the location was lovely, being just a short walk from the main attractions, and the views over the canal were good, my room did leave me wanting more in terms of condition and amenities. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of options to kickstart my day.

I found my room to be spacious with a beautiful view of the canal. However, it felt a bit tired and in need of some updates. The cleanliness was commendable, but the bathroom had a slight odor.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay. There was a great selection of fresh foods, including delicious breads and even gluten-free options. I appreciated the effort the staff put into maintaining the buffet.

While the hotel lacked some standard four-star amenities like a gym or restaurant, it did provide essentials that made my stay comfortable. The facilities offered were adequate, but I felt something was missing.

My stay at the Rosenburg Hotel was enjoyable, highlighted by its charming location overlooking a canal and the spaciousness of my room. I appreciated the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast options, though I did encounter a few issues, such as the need for room maintenance and some glitches in service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though I believe the hotel could improve in certain areas.
Rooms

My room was spacious and airy, providing plenty of comfort. I especially liked the canal view, but I found some minor maintenance issues that detracted from the experience, such as outdated decor and cleanliness concerns.

The staff were generally welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. However, I did experience a lack of communication regarding issues such as parking and room access that left me feeling uncertain at times.

While I appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable beds during my stay at the hotel, I was disappointed by the dated decor and some cleanliness issues in the room. The breakfast offered a good variety, but overall, it didn’t align with my expectations for a four-star hotel. I think the hotel has potential with its location along the canal, but it needs significant updates to truly shine.
Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious but had tired decor, with some cleanliness concerns like dirty floor tiles and shabby furniture. I also found it quite dark at first since the automatic lighting took a while to kick in and the bathroom was chilly with a peculiar glass door.
Service
6.0
The reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful, but I faced issues like not receiving the extra towels promised upon arrival. Their effort was appreciated, but it felt a bit disorganized during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of Bruges, just a 10-15 minute walk to the market square along the canals. It offers a peaceful vibe away from the main tourist hustle, yet still close enough to access the attractions easily.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent with a good selection of meats, fruits, and bread, though it was a bit repetitive and served lukewarm. I did appreciate the option of fresh fruit and the pleasant setting for breakfast, even if there were some criticisms regarding staff comments on our daughter’s dietary restrictions.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked a proper restaurant and had limited evening dining options, mostly consisting of microwave meals. Secure parking was available, but it came with a hefty price tag, which felt unnecessary compared to nearby public options.
